Own the Plans module end-to-end and drive technical delivery across Forms and DMS, covering architecture, performance, and AI-powered workflows. Refactored the Forms module to cut bundle size 82.9% (334KB → 57KB) and cut typical browser memory use from 6GB+ to under 600MB. Built a RAG-based chatbot and an AI form generator that turns text, images, and PDFs into functional UI forms.
